Counterpunch Hastings is run by Cath Steiner from Exercise For Good, where we believe that exercise can only 'bring good' as well as being something we do 'for good'. 2022 has seen us move from a community hall to a gym with a vibrant atmosphere and fantastic equipment that we'll be using for our workouts. Sessions are on Mondays, 2:15pm-3:15pm, and on the first Monday of the month, we even like to coffee afterwards at a local cafe!
