What does health and fitness mean to me? Health and fitness means feeling happy and strong in my own skin and who I am. Fitness is the song of the body and being able to move through exercise makes me feel alive, balanced, creative and in a positive mindset,. This supports me in feeling happier and healthier in my everyday life. Feeling healthy for me includes a number of things - exercise, nutrition, breathing, sleep and rest. Health and fitness is about maintaining a balance while completing every day commitments, having fun, enjoying the little things and leading a healthy lifestyle.
What inspires my everyday life? My clients are the reason I get up at 5am every morning as I know that what I do impacts their life in a positive way. Motivating and helping others to maintain a healthy, active and balanced lifestyle never feels like a 'job,' its my passion and you are my inspiration.
