These are invaluable resources providing ongoing professional development and advice from tour team of rehabilitation, fitness, and boxing expertise. Our resource library is constantly growing giving you continuous up to date support, knowledge, and exercise guidelines.
Programming support is easy in the Coaches Corner facebook group. Our coaches comprise experts from the world of Parkinson's rehabilitation, fitness, group exercise, corrective exercise, and boxing. Coaches work together and share ideas on how best to provide service to their clients and are happy to help other coaches with programming ideas, problem solving, or ways to manage specific Parkinson's movement difficulties.
